Serving enthusiastic Volvo owners across multiple markets, Vparts has required an e-commerce platform that combines deep product specificity with an intuitive and enjoyable shopping experience. Supporting both B2B and B2C customers at scale while maintaining clarity, speed, and usability has been central to the platform requirements.
Our role
Nordic Web Team has led the design and development of a customised Magento Open Source solution, with a strong focus on UX and CRO optimisation. The work has resulted in improved navigation, a more user-friendly buying journey, and early gains in conversion, supporting Vparts’ expansion across 16 markets.
