Often you get hooked on job ads with phrases such as “awesome and friendly working environment” and “easy going management”, but is it really like this? We got curious about what makes people leave companies and transition to a new opportunity once that comes into their attention.

Awarded with Di Gasell

We are proud to be awarded with Di Gasell, but in the end what helps us to get it are the people, their work, their time and their dedication.

We still grow rapidly

We started in 2011, since than we have grown so much both in experience, clients but also in talent we hired. When Anton started to work for NWT, in 2015, we were on the verge of becoming relevant in the market. From 2015 onwards we just grew, and grew... and we are still on the bell curve. And we grew from 9 employees when I started and today we are 19 of NWTs.

Because random.org choose to spotlight the answers of Anton, one of our Project Managers, we decided to see what he had to say.

He has some interesting opinions.  Let’s hear him out:

What is your favorite moment working for Nordic Web Team? *

There are so many to choose from, but the last days of 2016 where really amazing when we realised we had lived up to and surpassed that years expectations, both financially and in staff growth.

What did you want to be when you were little? *
